Return & Exchange Information

At Magnoir, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your order, you can easily initiate a return through our contact form within 14 days of receiving your items. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide you with all the necessary return details, including instructions and the return address.

Here’s how our return process works:

  1. Initiate Return: Submit your return request within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Ship Back: Send your items back in their original, unworn condition, with all packaging, labels, and tags intact.
  3. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3 to 5 working days.
  4. Shipping Costs: Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  5. Tracking: Be sure to provide us with the return tracking number so we can monitor the return.

Important Notes:

  • We do not offer exchanges at this time.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain items like swimwear cannot be returned.
  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.
  • Magnoir is not responsible for any lost, missing, or damaged parcels returned by courier services.

For international returns, please ensure that your parcel is clearly marked as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional customs fees, which will not be refunded if refused by the recipient.
